We design your overlay, deliver and set up before doors, run the booth with a professional attendant for your whole event, and tear everything down after. Your guests leave with branded videos on their phones, and you get every clip in an online gallery.
Yes, and it’s included. Send your logo, brand colors and event name, and we design a custom overlay that runs on every video. We can work from your brand guidelines, and you get a proof to approve 3–5 business days before the event. Want something more custom? Ask about the Premium Overlay Design add-on ($50).
Each session takes 15–30 seconds, and 1 to 4 guests at a time works best, so a 3-hour window runs about 40–60 sessions. For a big headcount, add hours at $175 each so more guests get a turn. Larger or multi-day events are quoted to your schedule.
A clear area of about 10 × 10 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet. The platform itself is about 4 feet across. We arrive 60–90 minutes before doors, set up and test everything, and tear it all down after, so your venue and your team never handle equipment. Outdoors, we need a level surface with power within 50 feet.
Every booking runs through a secure online invoice, payable by card or ACH. A 30% non-refundable deposit holds your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the event.
If your date moves, the deposit can transfer to a new date within 12 months with 30 or more days’ notice. Cancelling inside 30 days forfeits the deposit. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Yes. Travel is included within 30 miles of Phoenix. 30–60 miles is $75, 60–120 miles is $250, and beyond that we quote travel and lodging for your event. Any travel fee is in your quote before you book.
Book as early as you can. Popular dates can book up 2–3 months out, and your overlay proof goes out 3–5 business days before the event, so earlier is easier. That said, call (623) 239-2637. With at least 72 hours’ notice, a short-notice event can work if the date is open.
