Who we are

Vision Experience Co is a 360 video booth business owned by Eric Yates and based in Phoenix, AZ. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vision Experience Co. This policy covers this website and the information you give us when you contact us or book an event.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue, estimated guest count and anything else you tell us about your event.
Booking details: the consultation time you choose, your package and add-ons, and the signed service agreement.
Payment details: payments are handled by our payment processor. We see the payment status and amount, but we don’t store full card or bank numbers.
Event content: the 360 videos created at your event, and the audio messages if you book the Audio Guest Book.
Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, call you at the time you booked and send your quote.
To manage your booking, contract, deposit and balance invoices.
To send emails about your event: confirmations, reminders and logistics.
To deliver your videos and online gallery, and Audio Guest Book recordings.
To follow up after your event, for example to ask for a review. You can opt out at any time.

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as:

GoHighLevel, our website, forms, calendar, CRM and email system.
Stripe, which processes payments.
The software that runs the 360 booth and hosts the event gallery.

These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Emails

If you contact us or book, we’ll email you about your inquiry and your event. Any follow-up or marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We contact you only by email and by phone call.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. If we add analytics or advertising tools later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run your event and meet tax and accounting requirements. Event galleries stay online for a limited period after your event. We delete or anonymize information when we no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Some information may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning events. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
