If your venue is new to us, we coordinate load-in, power and placement with the venue team in advance. You do not need to manage that.
Every booking includes a custom overlay design: your names, wedding date, color palette, and monogram or motif if you have one. Design turnaround is 3 to 5 business days after you provide the details.
You approve the design before the event. Nothing goes on the platform until you sign off on it. If the first version isn’t right, we revise it.
On the 360 Video Experience, the overlay appears as a lower-third graphic on every video. Every clip your guests share carries your names and your date.

Most couples run the booth during the reception, starting 30 minutes after guests are seated. It captures the energy of the party and gives guests something to do between dinner and dancing. If you have a long cocktail hour, running the booth there works well too. We’ll help you plan the timing on your consultation call.
Yes. The booth works at outdoor desert venues, ranch properties and covered patios across the Valley. We know how to handle wind for outdoor 360 setups and how to manage lighting in evening desert conditions. The main requirements are a level, clear area of about 10 × 10 feet and a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet.
It depends on group size and how often guests come back for another take. Each pass on the platform takes 15 to 30 seconds, and 1 to 4 guests at a time works best (small groups can squeeze on), so the line moves quickly. For guest lists over 150, we recommend the 4-hour package or an extra hour at $175.

Tap Book My Event, tell us about your wedding and pick a time for a 15–20 minute call. Eric will go over your date, venue and package with you. A 30% non-refundable deposit books your date, and the balance is due 7 days before the wedding, paid by online invoice (card or ACH).
